Our Senior Pastor, Alan Carr, was born in Fort Payne, AL in 1962. He was married to his wife Joan in October of 1980. They were blessed with two children, a daughter Nikki and a son Jesse. Both of their children are saved and actively serving the Lord. Jesse is the Pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Morganton, NC. Nikki is married to Chad Carswell, who is the Associate Pastor here at Calvary.

Pastor Carr was saved in May of 1983. He was called to preach in May of 1984. He has been pastoring since 1986. Pastor Carr holds the Bachelor of Divinity; Master of Divinity and Doctor of Theology degrees. Pastor Carr has served Calvary Baptist since October 2003.

Our Associate Pastor is Chad Carswell. Brother Chad was born in Morganton, NC in 1980. He married his wife Nikki in 2001. They first child, a son they named Clayton, was born in February 2008.

Brother Chad works with our youth group and teaches the youth Sunday School class. Chad holds a Bachelor of Divinity degree. He began his service here at Calvary Baptist in June 2008.
